CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand, life is often unpredictable. I accept cancellations at anytime, but respectfully request a minimum 24-48 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Any last minute cancellations / no shows within the 24 hours will forfeit your deposit and/or a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. If you are a “no show” or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be asked to pre-pay prior to booking in the future.
